Brazil's economy is expected to grow by 4,50% in 2010

Brazil’s economy will grow by 4.5 percent in 2010 according to the median forecast of 100 economists in the Focus survey released today by the Brazilian central Bank. Inflation in 2009 is estimated to be 4,30%, which is below the inflation target of 4,50%. For 2010, inflation is expected to be 4,40%. The Focus report further reports solid numbers in Brazil’s trade surplus as well as foreign direct investments.
