During the World Travel Market event, a survey of 1257 senior executives in the tourism sector shows that no less than 47% of the respondents believe the emerging markets represent the best investment opportunities, and Brazil is clearly a very hot topic at the moment. The Brazilian Ministry of Tourism has witnessed a steadily growing interest from operators and tourists alike, and with events like the Soccer World Cup 2014 and Rio 2016 Olympic games coming up, the future of the travel market in Brazil does seem extremely positive.
