A 300m² 4 bedroom luxury villa would cost in total including architect fees, plot and construction approx 530 000 Euros, and a 500m² 4 bedroom villa would costs approx 700 000 Euros.Construction terms range from approximately 10 to 12 months depending on project complexity.
